Please note: Most of our products are made to order. Including our coffee, which is roasted fresh per order. In which case, some products may ship separately. Please allow an average of 5-7 business days for delivery. Thank You!
• Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Please, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org first, explaining your need for a refund, to get refund approval, before sending your product back.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at email@example.com letting us know to look out for the damaged/returned item (include order #) and send it back to the address below. We will ship you a new item upon arrival of the returned item.
Return address and conditions:
• You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please, write your order # on the outside of the package. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
• Refunds and exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
